Paul Whitecotton does freelance work as a Stunt and Motion Capture Performer, and professional Parkour Athlete. He is known for his work on The Jungle Book (2016), Carpool Karaoke (2017) Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.(2018), Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 (2018), The Tomorrow War (2012) and Minions: The Rise of Gru (2022). Paul is a Black Belt in Tae Kwon and weapon skills include the Nunchaku. He is also a Parkour partitioner and is also skilled in motion capture.
Paul studied traditional TaeKwonDo from the age of 7 to 14, training for at least an hour a day, six days a week after his first year in the art. This martial art helped him develop his initial strength and coordination, and more importantly, a concept of discipline and respect. After seven dedicated years of practice and earning his second-degree Black Belt. He transitioned from TaeKwonDo into Parkour, which he passionately loves, and where he feels he has complete creative control.
