In Detective Dee and Four Heavenly Kings, Detective Dee is forced to defend himself against the accusations of Empress Wu while investigating a crime spree.
Tsui Hark will return to direct Detective Dee – The Four Heavenly Kings (2018) and we will see also see cast member Mark Zhao (“Young Detective Dee: Rise of the Sea Dragon”) and Carina Lau (“Detective Dee and the Mystery of the Phantom Flame”). Kenny Lin (“Journey to the West: Demon Chapter,” “The Great Wall”) and Feng Shaofeng (“The Monkey King 2,” “Wolf Totem”) will also star in the film. Production is by Chen Kuo-fu and Nansun Shi.
