Cheryl Lewis is a professional stunt woman, dancer, actor, aerialist, puppeteer and more. She is a beautiful and unique, multi-discipline performer. Cheryl’s desire to learn and master new skills has led her to become an incredible performer. She can be seen dancing at The Metropolitan Opera, originating the character of Inamorata in The MET’s production of Benvenuto Cellini, dancing and choreographing the spanish-web routine in Barnum, performing as an aerialist, in-line skater, tumbler and stunt performer at Disney’s Animal Kingdom stage show “Tarzan Rocks”, in the role of Kat in the Off-Broadway show “Censored!!”, in the role of Robin Starveling in “A Midsummer Night’s Dream”, as a dancer and gymnast in “Cirque Ingenieux”, as a puppeteer and dancer for Poko Puppets, and crashing through a skylight as Queen Latifah’s stunt double in the feature film The Cookout.
Cheryl Lewis is an all around athlete. She has experience in numerous martial arts including tae kwon do, where she trains with Master Simon Rhee, in kung fu, where she trains with Sifu David Morizot, in wushu, karate, kendo, and in kickboxing. Her Circus Aerial experience includes fabric, trapeze, hammock, rope, cloud swing. She is also experienced in tumbling, wire and harness work, swords, stair and pratt falls, in line skating, and swimming.
Cheryl Lewis is known for I Am Legend (2007), American Gangster (2007), Salt (2010), and Straight Outta Compton (2015).
With her many skills and talents, Cheryl has started her own entertainment company, Horizon Entertainment, where she performs her specialty acts, flag dancing and aerial arts, for corporate and special events.
